Aftercare Services – Perth Metropolitan Area

Background:

WAPHA is seeking proposals to deliver the Aftercare Services Program in the Perth Metropolitan Area that will provide brief interventions, psychosocial support and case management for people who have survived a suicide attempt or have experienced, and/or are experiencing, suicidal crisis.

The role of this service is to provide an interim safety net for people and their support network in this period of heightened risk and psychosocial support and coordinate access and transition into any required long-term supports.

This request process will be completed using aspire (WAPHA’s enterprise resource planning system using Oracle Fusion).

  • Completion of evaluation of Submissions: June 2025
