Residential Aged Care, Palliative Care and ACP in Aged Care: The Role of the Team

This session will build on the expertise, and care already delivered by the Aged Care sector and will provide the knowledge and tools to further ACP practice.

This workshop supports the practitioner to meet the delivery of person-centred care, dignity and avoidance of suffering as expected by community.
