Being Trauma Responsive

This workshop discusses talking safely with someone who is impacted by trauma and teaching simple strategies to support recovery, respond to someone experiencing triggers and improve the experiences of people impacted by trauma when seeking support.

Target Audience: Suitable for workers in the community sector, or wanting to work in the community sector.

  • An ability to recognise the signs and impact of trauma on both clients and workers?
